It is a system that has been solved in order to prevent the regiments from having the same name. It is a precaution taken by the Sword & Musket project in order not to repeat the mistakes that occurred in the past.

In this way, if a regiment has a claim, another regiment will not be allowed to use that name or number. Naturally, it will not automatically allow using the same name and regiments number from the regiments section.

We were in NW up until late 2017 when Holdfast was Released. There we decided after a couple of years to move to BCOF when it was released and the plan forward is Sword & Muskets. We even have a Domain that dates way back.

The other regiment he had a conflict with: We had Conflict originally due to people mixing up our regiments back in the time which resulted in the 45thN Lead by Maskman and the prior administration before Maskman changing their name to 45thN instead.
The regimental leader with whom he had a conflict: We had a conversation about it. Back in time and sorted it out between ourselves. I assume that still stands.

We don't mind if they keep the name of Freikorps von Lützow, but the tag [FK] is an issue because we have been using it for years.
